Event support is a very broad category that can include a number of different types of services. Our staff and student crew are able to accommodate almost every type of event- from a small projection set up in a meeting room, to a large concert or convention arrangement in one of our multi-purpose rooms. All equipment is set up and operated by one of our trained technicians. Your Event Planner can help you determine what type of equipment you may need for your event, and will reserve all equipment for you. Equipment requests need to be made at least one week prior to the event to ensure that we have staff and equipment available.
Here is just a brief glimpse of equipment and services that we can provide:
- Rectangular tables and chairs
- Data/video projector and screen for presentations or to view videos
- Laptop or video player
- Sound equipment for any size and type of event
